The Inclusion Manager (TIM) is a educational leadership blog where inclusive practice, staff well-being and common sense can be part of the same conversation.
For teachers and leaders who work with the most vulnerable children and families in our communities, it aims to share frontline insights and uplifting anecdotes of school life – well as management system tips and ideas, that get the job done.
Occasionally TIM may respond to the most outrageous or exceptional national government policies. At other times, there will be reviews on the most useful intervention resources and approaches used in our urban context.
Most importantly there will be reflections on the demanding but graceful moments of inclusion management practice from the prima ballerina superheroes who make it happen, and look easy… everyday.
Comments, questions and objections are welcome.
